Principles for Transformational Leaders
Are you an engineering leader in the software industry? This event will provide you with the essential principles of being a transformational leader. We'll discuss how to use vision and fortitude as an engineer so that you can inspire real change in your workplace.

Change is the only constant in the software industry. Being an engineering leader is more than just meeting deadlines, keeping a healthy task board, and holding regular one on ones. Our role as leaders is to set our organization up for success by inspiring change. Every leader will have their own style, but all transformational leaders build this style up from foundational principles that guide their behaviour.
This talk will help guide us through some of these fundamental principles that will help us have the foresight to create a vision and the fortitude to execute on that vision. So join us on May 18th where we will brainstorm as a community how we can go beyond our job description and transform our organizations to new heights.
